Family of 5 seeking a warm, capable nanny to assist stay-at-home mom on weekday afternoons, 3-5 days per week. We have 3 kids: boys ages 5 and 3 and a newborn girl. You'd care for the baby solo while I do school pickup, then work alongside me through the afternoon: after-school snacks and decompression for the boys, help with the baby during the afternoon/evening hours, and getting dinner on the table. We're looking for someone calm and confident with preschool/kindergarten age-kids, ideally with a background (or degree in progress) in early childhood education, child psychology, pediatric OT, nursing, or similar. Newborn experience required. Must be comfortable with dogs. $27-32 hr depending on experience. We're metro and bus accessible. I have a 13 year old daughter and an 8 year old son. We also have a one year old Irish setter. I am looking for assistance after school from around 3 pm to 8 pm two to three days a week, depending on my schedule. Some driving will be required but I can supply a car. Outside of school, my daughter's main interest is horseback riding and competes in jumper shows. My son is into soccer but also fascinated by computers already. Drop off -7am to 8am so to my home by 7am should be leaving the kids school by 8am.
-Pick up 5pm to 6pm so the kids school by 5pm then drop off to me at my home by 6pm.
I’ll take the kids down to her car and get them settled in the mornings. In the evenings I’ll meet her here at my home in the evening to receive the kids from her.
