We are flexible on the days but do not need assistance on Fridays. Primary responsibilities are mainly school pickup and after-school care for our children. Driving is not required, but a love of walking and being outside is! The kids walk to/from school, (which is a little less than a mile) when weather permits and can walk to the playground and other open space.
