About the 8 year-old: The youngest is a sweet and creative boy who is autistic. He thrives with routine and predictability. He has a strong interest in crafts, building blocks, legos, sensory toys. Technology needs monitored and catches his attention.
The family is looking for a nanny who:
Has previous experience working with children, including those with autism or other special needs.
Is patient, understanding, and adaptable to individual needs and preferences.
Can create a fun and engaging environment, incorporating age-appropriate activities and therapies into daily routines.
Understands the importance of sensory-friendly environments and can provide appropriate support during over-stimulation or meltdowns.

I am in search of a part time babysitter for my 15 month daughter. I work from home so I will be around but need someone to watch her during work meetings and when I go for appointments. I am hoping to start off with 1 day a week between 11am-5pm and see how it goes, and then eventually having you come 2-3 days a week.
I am hoping you can help with the following:
• Engaging and interacting with our daughter through playtime, reading, and educational activities.
• Preparing and serving meals and snacks.
• Diaper changes and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Putting our toddler down for naps.
• Occasional light housekeeping.
Some preferred requirements but not necessary are:
• Previous experience with toddlers and knowledge of their developmental stages.
• Reliable and punctual.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Non-smoker.
• Ability to provide references upon request.
