Babysitter Job: The Gavalla Family with 1 Child
Hello!
We’re Michelle and Adam, first-time parents to an amazing little one born in September 2025. Our baby is now 10 months old and already has the sweetest personality.
We’re a busy, loving family looking for a caring and reliable nanny to help care for our baby while my husband works and I balance opening my own business. I’m typically home, so this role is very much about being an extra set of hands and a trusted partner in caring for our little one.
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with infants: playing, engaging, and supporting developmental milestones
- Help with baby-related tasks like cleaning bottles (loading them into our bottle machine)
- Light household help and chores as time allows
- Overnight availability preferred as my husband travels several times a year
This position starts part-time, with the potential to grow into full-time hours in the future. We’re hoping to find someone who is warm, dependable, and excited to become a valued part of our family’s daily routine.

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Bardellini Family with 1 Child
We're expecting our first child in October 2024, and we're trying to get ahead of finding a nanny/caregiver since we know it can be very difficult and we really want to find the right fit. Come early 2025 when my husband and I return to work (mid-February), we will need a nanny around 12 days per month, for 11 hours each day 6:30am-5:30 p.m. Our baby will be about 4.5 months old. Schedule will generally be Sunday-Wednesday. We prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets (two large dogs), who is infant CPR/first aid certified and who has college degree. We're also open to a nanny share, or someone who prefers to watch our child in their own home, assuming they're close enough for us to drop off/pick up.

Responsibility will be helping with the baby, light cleaning (baby bottles and baby laundry). Pet car, walking our dog a small chihuahua mix.
