A little bit about us

I’m looking for someone to help my Mom take care of my son. He’s an imaginative, active, sweet and stubborn little boy who is always on the go. My mom is 70 but my son is her whole world and while she wants to be around him all the time sometimes he’s a little much for her. I want someone who can give her a hand while I’m working and maybe even help her a little around her house. I work in emergency communications so typically I’m only working 14-16 days a month but long shifts so my day starts at 6:15. I’m going to need someone who can start early… maybe 6:30-7 and stay till 12:30- 2 depending on which day it is. My husband speaks Spanish so bilingual is a plus but not necessary. I would prefer someone who has their own transportation.

Monday - Friday pick children up from school and either bring them home or take them to their after school activities, ballet and fiddle lessons, and maybe occasionally staying with them until I or my husband gets home from work. We will also need someone who can work during the summer and pick the children up from their various summer camps, the times will vary during the summer but will be no earlier than 3:30 pm and no later than 6:00 pm. The nanny will need to be a good, safe driver with a good driving record. The nanny must be vaccinated for COVID-19. I had posted a job a year ago and our current nanny, who has been our nanny for 10 years, was able to stay so we didn't hire anyone. Now our current nanny will be leaving as of February 28, 2023 and we will need someone to start March 1, 2023. The boys are curious, fun little boys who love, reading, science and science experiments, Legos, Star Wars, music, art, and cooking. They do not have screen time, play video games, or watch TV.
