As our live-out nanny, you will play a crucial role in supporting our family. Your responsibilities will extend beyond childcare to include household management and errand running during school hours. In the afternoons, your focus will shift to caring for our children, engaging them in playful and educational activities, and handling pick-up and drop-off duties. Your role is integral to maintaining the balance and happiness of our household.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing nurturing care to our children, including the youngest who is 1 year old.
Engaging in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
Handling pick-ups and drop-offs at school and various activities (driver's license required).
Assisting with meal preparation and planning.
Performing light household duties and running errands.
Providing occasional evening and overnight care as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in childcare, particularly with children in our kids' age group.
A warm, patient, and engaging personality.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with parents.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
First Aid and CPR certifications, or willingness to obtain them.
A respectful and professional approach to household management.
Hours:
The role is full-time, ideally from 11 AM/noon to 7/8 PM on weekdays, but we are willing to negotiate the exact hours for the right candidate.
