The ideal candidate will help with cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, household chores, and laundry, as well as provide support to my wife throughout the day. You will also be responsible for dropping off and picking up our children from school/daycare as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing nurturing care to our children, including the youngest who is 1 year old.
Engaging in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
Handling pick-ups and drop-offs at school and various activities (driver's license required).
Assisting with meal preparation and planning.
Performing light household duties and running errands.
Providing occasional evening and overnight care as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in childcare, particularly with children in our kids' age group.
A warm, patient, and engaging personality.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with parents.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
First Aid and CPR certifications, or willingness to obtain them.
A respectful and professional approach to household management.
Hours:
The role is full-time, ideally from 11 AM/noon to 7/8 PM on weekdays, but we are willing to negotiate the exact hours for the right candidate.
