• Infant Care: Provide attentive and loving care to the baby, including feeding, diapering, bathing, and dressing. Especially forming a regular and principled eating and sleep routine.
• Toddler Care: Engage and supervise the 2-year-old boy in daily activities, including playtime, reading, and learning activities (Teach through play and sensory integration, fostering developmental milestones, and ensuring a consistent routine). Assist with potty training when necessary.
• Developmental Activities: Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that promote development and sensory exploration for both children.
• Meals: Prepare and bottle-feed breast milk or formula as needed for the baby and prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the toddler.
• Soothing and Sleep: Establish and adhere to consistent sleep schedules for both children, soothing the baby as needed to ensure restful naps and nighttime sleep.
• Health and Safety: Ensure a safe environment, administer first aid as necessary, and follow any specific medical or dietary instructions.
• Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with parents regarding the children’s progress, activities, and any concerns.
• Occasional errands and light household tasks related to the baby’s care
Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience as day care Lead teacher and 2-3 years nanny experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, patience, creativity in engaging children, and excellent communication skills.
