A little bit about us

Looking for someone to help watch my 1 year old daughter while I work. Approximately 16-18 hours a week. Specifically Thursdays 8-4PM, Fridays 8-4PM, and Saturdays 8-(10 or 12PM). In exchange, rent will be free. There will be a 2 week trial period. I work from home in the living room of the main house. I love to see my daughter so I prefer a good amount of time (as is currently) spent in the living room when she is being watched.

Otherwise, rent is $900 a month.

Guest house for rent on 1.3 acres. One bed, one bath, and one office space room. Comes with TV with Chromecast, and free Wi-Fi. The guest house has a separate AC and heating unit as well.

Currently only sink is in the bathroom. There is no “full” kitchen. There is a microwave and mini fridge.

Washer, Dryer, and full kitchen in main house available. I have a hot plate you can use as well.

First and last months rent upon approval of application. I do perform a background check. No smoking or drugs.
