A little bit about us

Looking for a local nanny that functions as someone that would reduce my [mom’s load]. I’m a stay-at-home mom with a 3-year-old, 1-year-old, and newborn on the way. I spend my day taking care of, cleaning up after, and cooking for the kids, as well as the regular day-to-day house maintenance. This leaves me no time for myself and little quality time to actually spend with my kids. I would love for someone to reduce my workload and function as a 2nd mom in the house, essentially. Responsibilities would range on a day-to-day between housekeeping, helping me with tasks around the house, organizational tasks, and playing with the kids. Basically my right hand that would allow me free time and time to enjoy my kids.

Looking for someone that is a good fit to join the family, potentially travel with us, or just go on day trips with us to help us manage the little ones. That would come a little later after we establish rapport and a good fit.

Would like someone full-time as the newborn is in the way. Days and hours would be flexible and may adjust as we go.
