We recently welcomed our son Koa, born January 2, 2026—a sweet, easygoing little guy (and our dog Mozzy is a big fan too). We'd love to find another family whose baby could grow up alongside him.
What we're hoping for:
A nanny share starting September 1st, full time, 5 days a week
Ideally a soft start mid-to-late August, part-time, so the babies can get comfortable with the nanny and each other first
A family based in or around Los Altos / East Long Beach for easy logistics

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Crutison Family with 1 Child
Full-Time Nanny Needed (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM)
We're looking for a warm, reliable, and experienced nanny to care for our 9-month-old baby.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, loving, and engaging care for our 9-month-old.
Feed bottles/meals and follow our child's daily routine, including naps.
Encourage age-appropriate play and developmental activities.
Keep the baby's play areas, toys, bottles, and feeding supplies clean and organized.
Light Household Tasks:
Wash, fold, and put away family laundry as time permits.
Load and unload the dishwasher or wash dishes used throughout the day.
Tidy common areas used during the day.
Our older children will be in school during your working hours, so your primary focus will be caring for our baby. We don't expect extensive housekeeping—our priority is finding someone who will provide excellent, attentive care.
If time allows while the baby is napping, we'd appreciate help with light household tasks related to keeping the home running smoothly.
Ideal Candidate:
Has experience caring for infants.
Is dependable, patient, and nurturing.
Is CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified).
Has reliable transportation and strong references.
Is comfortable communicating about our baby's daily activities and milestones.

Hello! Our baby boy is a joy and could have been a Gerber boy. Lol. His smile and cute face is an instant spark of happiness. He is full of life and loves being around other people and playing outside. Both parents work from home so we would prefer someone who could play with him, take him for walks and to the park and keep him busy during the workday which can be challenging for two working FT parents to manage everyday on our own. We are mainly looking for an extra set of hands and another adult to care for our child’s needs.
