I am currently pregnant, due in April and would be looking to hire a nanny starting in September/October 2025. We are thinking part time with 3-4 days per week but could be shorter days (maybe around 6 hours). My husband and I both mostly work from home but will need help. We are open to a nanny share as well. Thanks!

We had a wonderful experience with our previous nanny who had been with us since he was an infant, but she recently moved on to focus solely on caring for newborns/infants consistent with her long term career goals. However, we are committed to finding someone who is similarly knowledgeable about and has a passion for child development, someone who will foster his imagination, support his social/emotional development, provide guided structure and space for him to continue discovering who he is as a person; someone not just to play with him but who is committed to helping shape him into the adult we'll want him to become. Looking for two 10 hour days per week. Spanish speaking and experience with immersion/language teaching is a plus!
