Babysitter Job: The Laughlin Family with 2 Children
Hi there! We are looking for a kind and reliable nanny to help a few afternoons/evenings per week. We have two children: a 9-year-old daughter who attends school and a 4-year-old son who is in preschool in the mornings.
Hours:
Approximately 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Up to 3 days per week
Responsibilities include:
• Picking up our daughter from school (must have your own reliable vehicle)
• After-school care, playtime, and supervision for both kids
• Preparing/serving a simple dinner
• Light tidying related to the children’s activities and meals
What we provide:
• Car seat and booster seat for transportation
• A supportive, welcoming household (including very friendly dogs!)
Ideal candidate:
• Has prior experience working with children
• Is CPR certified (or willing to obtain certification)
• Responsible, engaging, and comfortable managing an evening routine

My husband works from home & is a project manager with a very consistent 9-5 job sometimes earlier. We are very busy folks. Likes science. Particularly how things work. Energetic, he loves puppies, likes to make his own videos. He has a very mature mind for being a child. Both Dad and I work early. Christian is a late sleeper. Very easy boy. He does a 2-2-5 in both homes. Dad and I live down the street from each other. Both homes are open to him any day of the week. Dad has Monday Tuesday every week. mom has Wed Thursday every week and alternated Fridays. 6:30am to 5pm. Dad sometimes can get off earlier than me. I can get off every other Tuesday. We have sports lined up for summer time. He may need transportation to and from activities. We have year round passes for summertime. We would love for you to enjoy your summer with him. Swimming, elitches, zoo, museum, jumpy places. All places Christian enjoys.
