Looking for childcare provider for our 3 kids after we are both back to work full time beginning now. The schedule of the job is a little hard to layout because my wife is on shift work and I work M-F. Our ideal candidate would be female, at least 20yrs old, have her own reliable transportation as we are not close to any public transportation and taxis/ ubers do not come out this far. She would speak fluent english, not be overwhelmed by the responsibility of looking after 3 energetic kids and 2 border collie dogs, she would enjoy the outdoors, she would be a strong swimmer, be generally athletic, be available to start very early in the mornings with the potential for long shifts, have a basic knowledge base of how to make meals, be punctual, etc.
