A little bit about us

I work from home for auto insurance 7-3:30pm Monday to Friday.
I have a babysitter Tuesdays and Wednesdays and my mother in law would babysit the rest of the week. However, I need help on Mondays.

Responsibilities will include to come to our home and watch our daughter while I work.
My job consist of answering phone calls and its very consuming so I am unable to pay my full attention to my daughter.

Infant care (feeding, diapering, naps, soothing, play)
Maintain routine/schedule
Light baby-related tasks (bottles, baby laundry, tidying baby areas)

Other:

We have a friendly dog (just need to let him out occasionally)

Requirements:

Infant/newborn experience
Reliable, punctual, and attentive
Strong communication
References preferred

I have a son, he's 4 and very energetic! He loves to play and he loves monster trucks! He is strictly G Tube fed, if anyone has experience with that, that's awesome!
