Hi there! We’re the Parker family — Madi, Dustin, and our sweet baby boy, Anderson (Andy for short). We also share our home with two lovable dogs and a cat who thinks he runs the show.
We’re a warm, down-to-earth family who values kindness, communication, and laughter. Dustin is a pilot and student, and I works from home full time, so our household is a mix of busy schedules and cozy family time. We love being outdoors, listening to music, and spending time as a family.
Education and early learning are very important to us — we’re looking for someone who will be fun, engaging, and intentional about helping Andy learn and grow through play. Ideally, our nanny has experience in early childhood development or education and enjoys creating age-appropriate, stimulating activities.
While light household help would be appreciated, our top priority is that Andy receives plenty of attention, interaction, and care. Being bilingual or proficient in ASL would be a wonderful bonus!

We are moving to St. John's County at the end of February and are all very excited! My family loves to have fun, go to the beach, play outside, go on trips and cook/bake together! We work hard to instill good values and morals into our children and we are looking for someone long term, that is responsible and can incorporate love and integrity into how they care for our kids!

3 girls 4, 6, & 8…3 days are only with the 4 year old. The other two days the 6 & 8 year old get home at 3:15 and 2:15.
Expectations are to play, do activities and homework and help or manage cleanup.
One or two days a week the kiddos may need transportation to a sport or activity…car is provided.

Help with general childcare, homeschooling, outings, and at home adventures for two for 4-5 hours a day. Hours are flexible Monday-Friday. Some weekend babysitting would be available as well. Live-in accommodations possible if needed.
