A little bit about us

Looking for in home help. Starting off part time on weekday afternoons, 4-5 hours / day for 5 days / week

I’ve gone back to work (remote from basement) and wife will be heading back in January.

We’re currently staying with her parents in Woodridge, who have been tremendous but will need additional help.

We are in the process of selling our condo in Chicago and building a home with Gallagher & Henry here in Woodridge (1.5 miles from address listed) that we plan to grow our family into.

Right now we have our first, Manish (ma-neesh), and plan for 1-2 more in the years to come.

Hoping to establish a long term family relationship with our nanny, similar to the incredible one that me and my siblings had with ours growing up.

My son is 6 months old and I am looking for someone who can be available Mon-Fri while I work. I'd need to leave the house by 7:15am and I'd return around 6pm. Some days I work from home, but having the nanny in the home at least half a day would be helpful. He will also go to his grandmother's once or twice a week so the nanny may not be needed, or may also provide assistance at grandma's.

My son was born 6 weeks early and he has some in home therapy appointments as well. I usually schedule those on days when I work form home. I'd like the nanny to do educational activities with the baby (little to no tv/tablet/phone screentime), do his physical therapy exercises with him, and give him tummy time. I'd also like the nanny to have a valid driver's license and vehicle, potentially pick-up/drop off the baby to/from Grandma's (about 20 miles away), take care of baby housework (wash and sterilize bottles, wash and fold baby clothes) and walk the dog. I am open to nanny share.
