Our younger three kids do not get screen time unless we are watching a family movie or having "game time." (aka no screen time during the above hours)
We have a home library of books and a park right across from our house.
Five older school kids get home from school between 3:30-4 pm. Only responsibilities with them include checking off chores.
We intentionally don't own a TV. Screen time is limited for the older kids.
