Full-Time Nanny Job: The Britt Bender Family with 1 Child
We are a warm, active family located in a family-friendly neighborhood in Mechanicsburg, PA, looking for a full-time nanny to join our family starting May or June 2027. We have a new baby arriving in January 2027.
We are excited to find someone who wants to grow with us long-term as we plan to expand our family in the future.
We also have Ember, our loveable 5-year-old Boxer who is a gentle and friendly member of the family.
The Position
- Starting May or June 2027
- In-home care for our infant
- We are looking for a long-term fit as our family grows
What a Day Might Look Like
We are big believers in getting outside and being active. We would love our nanny to take our child to local parks, explore the neighborhood, and engage with other children in the community. Socialization and outdoor time are really important to us.
No pick-up or drop-off required at this time, though having your own reliable vehicle is preferred for outings.
Skills & Qualities We Value
- Genuine love for infants and young children
- Warm, nurturing, and energetic personality
- Comfortable with dogs
- Experience with newborns and infants strongly preferred
- CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Reliable, trustworthy, and communicative
- Own vehicle preferred
- Light housekeeping and meal prep is a welcomed bonus but not required

Ok so is anyone available from 530am-7am to watch my 2 boys in the morning and drop them off at their daycare that opens at 7am. The daycare is 12 minutes from my house. I have to leave at 5:30am to be at work by 6am. They will be sleeping until 6:15am so you only have to get them dressed and dropped off to daycare. I only need help 4 days a week. Week one is Monday-Thursday and week 2 is Tuesday-Friday. Im offering decent money for what has to be done. It's literally the easiest job in the world but it is so important because if I can't find the help I'm going to have to quit my job that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE and refuse to give up on. My family needs my income. We have 3 children and a family to support. Please share this post so that I can get the ball rolling. My babysitters last day is July 12th.
