Looking for someone part-time to help with our 1 year old while mom is remote working. Mostly needing help one to two days a week. We have no hard requirements for hours/times and are willing to be flexible if we meet the right fit for our family.
We are also hopeful for build a relationship with a sitter who could help with the occasional Friday or Saturday evening once every few months (not a requirement).
Our 1 year old, Dean, is enthusiastic, happy, and easy going. We are an active family and he is used to being outdoors and exploring. We are a family who tries to avoid screen time and are looking for someone who will engage with our child by spending quality time.

Our son will be 7 months old and is bottle fed. He would need care for about 10 hours so that my wife can sleep when she gets home from work. I am a firefighter and will be working 48 hours on, 96 hours off. Will need care for both of my days that I am working. This averages out to about 3x/week. My wife works night shift, and gets home around 7am. I leave for work around 630 so will need care to start at that time.
