We're a loving family looking to build a small bench of wonderful backup nannies and babysitters to care for our young child. On weekday coverage days, we'd love someone who enjoys getting outside for walks and time in the neighborhood, while also being happy to spend slower days playing and hanging out at home. For evenings, it's usually a relaxed routine of dinner, play, and bedtime. We value open communication and want you to feel comfortable bringing your own experience, ideas, and personality.
Weekday coverage is typically 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility, and is usually planned in advance for PTO, with occasional shorter notice for sick days. We'll also need evening and weekend babysitting from time to time. This is a great fit for someone looking for flexible, part-time work with a family they can build an ongoing relationship with.
Prior professional childcare experience, comfort around dogs, and up-to-date vaccinations are important to us.
