A little bit about us

We are a busy family in Asheville looking for a responsible and engaging babysitter to provide after-school care for our three children (ages 8, 12, and 15). This role includes school pick-ups, transportation to and from activities, homework help, and creating a fun and structured after-school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide safe and reliable transportation for the children after school and to extracurricular activities.
Assist with homework and school assignments.
Engage the kids in fun and enriching activities after school.
Light housekeeping duties, such as tidying common areas and helping with dishes/laundry.
Assist with basic pet care, including walking our dogs.
Ideal Candidate:

Has a safe and reliable car with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Non-smoker.
Responsible, punctual, and engaging with children.
Comfortable assisting with homework and school projects.
Able to manage household tasks and provide light housekeeping support.
Previous childcare experience preferred.
Schedule & Compensation:

Regular after-school hours, with potential for occasional evenings or weekends.
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
