We're looking for an experienced nanny to take care of our 5-month-old during our work hours. Dad works entirely from home and mom has a hybrid schedule so must be comfortable with parents being around. We'd love someone that can take care of his basics, play with him, and take him on some outings. We do have 1 large dog (non-shedding) and 2 furry cats. Schedule can be fairly flexible on start & end times - 8-430 should be close to standard, though. Ideal fit has excellent communication skills, has raised children previously, is familiar with development milestones and tools to help achieve them, and has a true passion for infants. This will ideally be a 7-12 month engagement, potentially longer.

Providing attentive care to the baby, including feeding, engaging in playtime activities, changing diapers, and gently putting him down for naps.
Occasional outings to the library or nearby park at the mother's request.
Preparing bottles and ensuring they are stored safely in the fridge for nighttime and the following day.
Work Environment:
The mother works from home and will be present in the home office most days, with rare exceptions when she needs to be elsewhere. The baby's father, the husband, has a sporadic work schedule.

We just had our first child, Peyton in August of 2023! Couldn't be more excited for her arrival.
