LOCATION: SHOREHAM NY. We are looking for a reliable and engaging part-time babysitter for our 19-month-old son starting September 1. This is a LIVE-OUT position. $30/hour, guaranteed weekly salary provided you work the 25 hours/wk scheduled. The schedule will rotate from week to week, but you will receive your work schedule 3-4 months in advance. Support development and maintain routine as instructed by parents. Willing to engage toddler in indoor/outdoor activities. Seeking a candidate who has 3-5 years paid professional experience caring for toddlers. Is patient, active, and respectful. Enjoys engaging children through play, reading, music, and outdoor activities. Has reliable transportation and excellent references. Is CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification). Cannot bring own child. No daycares.
