Babysitter Job: The Eckert Family with 2 Children
We’re looking for a warm, patient, and dependable part-time sitter with RBT training or experience supporting children with autism and ADHD. We both work from home and primarily need daytime help with our 5-year-old son, Cameron, plus occasional care for his younger sister, Kinsley, and occasional evenings so we can go out.
Cameron is diagnosed with ASD Level 2 and ADHD. He is capable and enjoys being engaged, but sometimes needs gentle redirection, help navigating big feelings, and consistent support with behaviors and transitions. We’re hoping to find someone calm, playful, and trustworthy who can build a comfortable relationship with our children.
Hours are flexible and can be discussed together. There may be an opportunity for this to grow into a full-time position as our needs evolve, although we cannot guarantee that at this time.

In search of someone to help with our newborn beginning in October (will be 3 months at that time). Flexible hours, but mostly 8-1pm Tuesday-Saturday and occasional afternoons/evenings. Is patient, understanding, and adaptable to individual needs and preferences.
Can create a fun and engaging environment, incorporating age-appropriate activities and therapies into daily routines.
Understands the importance of sensory-friendly environments and can provide appropriate support during over-stimulation or meltdowns.
