Once school is back in session, we need after school supervision and homework help. We had our last nanny for 7 years! We treat our nanny like family and have very well behaved kids. We provide pay when we are vacationing and are super laid back. Pets are included in the home, and we only expect our nanny to keep the kitchen tidy. No other housework is required.
