The role is about 50% infant care and 50% household management caring for our baby (feeding, diapering, naps, soothing, tummy time, tracking routines) while also keeping our home running smoothly (cleaning, laundry, etc). We're naturally very tidy people, so this isn't about tackling a messy home it's about maintaining one. We are only looking because of current house manager is having to leave the state on very short notice. We are looking for someone long term.
