I work remotely and am out of town Mondays and Fridays, which is when my older sister is over to help watch the kids; however, she is on a very brutal school and work schedule and needs some help with general childcare, chores, etc. so she can nap and study as needed. Looking for a trustworthy, respectful and reliable Nanny to assist with caring for my energetic 9 year old and 3 year old. An interview will be scheduled and held in-person. Opportunity to work more hours can be offered based on performance and trust. We do have one (1) small dachshund who is not always home, but mostly minds to herself when she is as she is shy of new people. We also have a larger cat that prefers her alone time but is not aggressive and warms up to people after getting to know them. There are two (2) cats that stay in my room most of the time but we take turns letting them roam the house while the other cat and dog (that belong to my parents) are in my parent's room with the door closed. The children are on a high-protein, mostly organic diet and their sugar intake is very limited. There will be NO assistance needed in potty training and/or diaper changing as of now; this will be handled by a family member inside the home. Expectations are clear: show up at the designated time(s) and check-in, assist with general household duties (laundry, dishes, etc.) and provide social interaction to the children with a positive and professional attitude. No profanity allowed around the children. Outdoor time must be approved prior to going outside. TV is allowed (will discuss more in-depth rules in-person). Gentle, respectful hugs are okay to show kindness; otherwise, there is to be absolutely no physical contact with the children. I also babysat my granddaughter weekly until she was 13. I have been the head of childcare for a church I belonged to as well as taught Sunday School. My professional job was a Florist which I started after I stopped taking care of my much loved granddaughter. I’m fun, believe in rules and am very kind. I would take loving care of your child/children..I love pets of all kinds. Have my own car and could take your children somewhere if need be. Would babysit in your home.
