Someone who doesn’t need to be told what to do every step of the way, but instead takes initiative, anticipates the kids’ needs, creates fun and engaging activities, and takes pride in providing a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.
Communication, trust, and accountability are incredibly important to us. We want someone who approaches this opportunity with a strong sense of responsibility, while also enjoying the experience of living with our family, exploring new places, and building a meaningful relationship with our boys.
