Her father works a rotating 4on/4off 12hr shifts and watches her at least 1 day a week and weekends when he's off. I am open to someone coming to my house or her comming to you. I provide a carseat so you can take her places. My wonderful current sitter is taking maternity leave starting September if not sooner. I'd also like to have a backup as needed as well. My son is autistic, so experience with special needs is preferred but not required.
I would be fine with you coming to my house or dropping my kids off to your place.
I would supply their extra clothes, cups, diapers/pulls up/wipes and anything else you'd need.
