A little bit about us
My son is autistic, so experience with special needs is preferred but not required.
I would be fine with you coming to my house or dropping my kids off to your place.
I would supply their extra clothes, cups, diapers/pulls up/wipes and anything else you'd need.
Please let me know if you are interested!
I was looking to pay a flat rate of $130/day for both kids, but that can be negotiated.

A little bit about us
Ideally you would be with us for just over a year (July ‘24). We may have a back up nanny as well if needed, however we would love to just employ one person.
We would love someone bilingual but that’s not a deal breaker. We would also want someone with a car, experience, and someone she really connects with.
We would like some light house work IF POSSIBLE. Our baby is priority so no stress if not. Likely dishes and laundry.
Hours- not locked in yet but probably 11:45am-5:45pm and then some weekend nights like every other Friday OR Saturday night 7-midnight.
Full disclosure—We will have a nanny cam, just cause I had some things happen as a kid, so you must be okay with keeping her in the designated rooms at all times.
Us as parents— I’m really hands-on, crawl around “Mrs. Rachel” type of mom, and dad is more calm and intensional with her.
Let me know if you have any questions!

... then we would love to speak with you!
Our kids are very sweet, and thrive in the outdoors (they are outside 4+ hours a day), as well as active play with engaged babysitters.
So, if you are the adventurous, fun type, and ready to dig in to some arts and crafts, or ready to go on fun bike rides with the kids, I would love to speak with you!
