A little bit about us

Seeking a warm, engaged, and self-directed caregiver to create and guide nature-based experiences for two preschool age children.
This is a role for someone who enjoys designing rhythm, following children’s interests, and promoting healthy early childhood development.
Primary Responsibilities
The position emphasizes:
• Daily outdoor exploration
• Play-based learning and early literacy development with engaged play, reading, and developmentally appropriate activities
• Connection, co-regulation, and relationship-based care
• Active care and supervision of the boys at all times during working hours (not scrolling on your phone) with water safety vigilance
• Maintaining a positive daily rhythm for the boys
• Light child-related tidying (toys, meals, children’s spaces)
