Full-Time Nanny Job: The Andrew Family with 1 Child
My spouse and I are both in the US NAVY and are looking for at home care for our sweet boy Kaiden
We are working with CYH military Child Care in Your Home, a Department of Defense pilot program that helps eligible military families pay for full-time, in-home child care and nannies: Full-time care ranging from 30 to 60 hours weekly, supporting non-traditional or rotating shifts.
My hours are 8:45AM- 12pm Monday-Friday
Dad hours are 6Am-5:45pm including every 4 day 24hr duty days
We are looking for a full time nanny Monday - Friday 6:30 AM -2PM
Kaiden was born at 27 weeks he stayed in the nicu for 64 days he came home at 36 weeks his Chronological Age is 5 months & Adjusted Age is 2 months old … due to him being born premature we aren’t comfortable sending him to daycare Kaiden has a heart murmur that will close on its own .. other than that he has no other medical issues

His autism is a-typical, and he is a very sweet, happy, and affectionate child.
I am looking for a live in nanny to simply be there with him Monday-Friday, about 8 hours each day, and to take him to occasional appointments. Overtime or weekends would not usually be requested, however; being in the Navy, I can't promise it would never happen. I will always work to minimize it!
I am not looking for anything extra such as housekeeping, meal prepping, or animal care, however; I am open to discussing it.
I live in a very large house, and you would be staying in the mother-in-law room downstairs, and would have your own bathroom. Sadly, I do not have a separate kitchen, however; whomever I let into my home is completely expected and encouraged to utilize common spaces.
My only expectations are:
1. My bedroom is my space, and off limits.
2. My office is off limits.
3. No other persons in my home without prior discussion.
4. If you make a mess, clean it up.
That's pretty much it.
I am unsure if it is typical of hiring an in-home nanny, but I will, if desired, include food/meals as part of the job.
I am open to discussing specific arrangements, and any concerns or needs you may have.
This job will be through February 2023, however; once my retirement is complete, if the Nanny is interested in following us to Idaho, we could certainly discuss that arrangement as well.

My daughter Jade is almost 9 months old. I am starting a new job soon& I need part time nightly childcare from 5pm- 11pm(sometimes until midnight). I need someone who is very reliable with experience in basic toddler care. It will be at my residence. My expected days of work are Thursday-Sunday night. No pick up, no drop offs are required. I'm looking for someone to start ASAP. Pay will be $11 an hour and paid every other work day. Jade usually goes to sleep around 8 or 9pm. Thank you.
