No housekeeping duties are expected—our priority is someone focused on meeting our baby’s needs and providing safe, attentive care while we are at work.
We value reliability, communication, respect for our parenting preferences, and someone who will create a loving and positive environment for our daughter. Our home has security cameras in common areas for safety, so applicants must be comfortable working in a monitored environment.

Older child will be 20 months at that point and we'll have a newborn. It will be different days every week as dad is a nurse and will need flexibility.. anywhere from 2-4 days a week. I just can't afford to take off too long from work and childcare for two kids full time when we don't really need full time care is not something we are looking forward to since they won't be going everyday.
