We are hoping to find a nanny who is naturally engaging, comfortable getting on the floor to play, talking and interacting throughout the day, and truly enjoys being an active part of a child’s routine. We value a screen free environment and appreciate a nanny who understands how to balance interactive play with encouraging independence as our daughter grows. Above all, we are looking for someone who feels like a natural fit in our home.

The ideal nanny is:
• Energetic, engaging, and able to keep up with a very active infant
• Naturally interactive and enjoys being present, playful, and involved
• Knowledgeable or interested in child development and milestones
• Aligned with a Montessori-inspired, child-led approach
• Comfortable encouraging independent play while staying engaged
• Proactive and confident taking initiative throughout the day
• Warm, positive, and easy to communicate with
• Comfortable working in a home where parents are present
Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus but not required

• Infant experience required
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Up-to-date vaccinations (TDAP, MMR, COVID, Flu required)

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Clint Family with 1 Child

Hi I am looking for a nanny to care for my strong willed 4 y.o. daughter 4 days a week, 9AM-3PM. She is creative and thoughtful, with lots to talk about. She is very crafty, often outsmarting adults. She requires someone with strong boundaries and often needs redirection to stay on task, with respect to her emotional and/or sensory needs. You are welcome to hang around the house with her, helping her mark things off her chore chart and playing games, or take her to nearby parks, beach, etc.
