Hello! I am currently looking for a warm, bubbly, and loving childcare professional to help care for our one year old during the week while I work from our home in Chicago, IL. The position would be M-Th from 9 AM - 4 PM, with potential for more hours if the fit is right. Responsibilities would include keeping our child safe and entertained with age-appropriate activities, feedings, naps, diaper changes, cleaning up after baby (nursery, bottles, dishes, laundry, etc.). Must be comfortable with animals as we have three large, very friendly dogs. Ideally our person would help with short potty breaks for the pups towards the end of their shift as well. Expectations would be professionalism, transparency, up to date on vaccinations, CPR certified, clean background report, experience with infants/toddlers, English as a first language, and we would also want this person to stick around long-term. My daughter is very smart and outgoing and outspoken!! She can be a handful as an only child, but she is still learning is is very respectful. I will sometimes need pick-up and drop-off from school/daycare when I have to work. I usually cook dinner if I am not working a late shift.. but if I am working late, I will need someone to feed her. Her bedtime is 8:30pm and she likes to try and fight it.
