A little bit about us…

Hello to our prospect nanny,

If this is you! We as a couple currently live in the Beverly, Chicago area and are in an earnest search for an authentic love abounding and creative nanny to gently watch over our 18-month old toddler who is such a calm baby boy, quick, joyful and very playful! Our son has hit that phase where he is actively exploring new levels of fun and learning. Presently, our son is at a home daycare and it will be soon closing. Therefore, we seek to transition him back home with us. My husband and I work hybrid. We plan to move to the south suburbs end of the year and relish the opportunity to equally relocate with our choice of nanny. Given, I work at home 4 days a week and my husband once a week remotely, there will be one of us parents to coordinate efforts with our prospect nanny to care to our baby boy’s needs. And so we are in active pursuit of a willing nanny who will work 25-30 hours a week, with all due commitment, punctual, very baby friendly and one who is willing to instruct basic baby literature for our baby boy’s mind productivity. CPR certification is mandatory. There may also be occasions to watch our seven year old daughter when school closures occur through the year and assistance with school picks up will be needed. We also have interest in date nights and will need occasional baby sitting. We look forward to meeting you!

A little bit about us…

I am currently on maternity leave until mid December, so we will need someone to care for our baby boy starting around 12/15/22 (our son will be 3 months old at that time). I am
a Nurse Practitioner and have clinic 7am-5pm downtown. We will need someone from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm on Thursdays and 7:30 am to 3:30 pm on Fridays. My husband will be working from home on Fridays (and some Thursdays) so would be available in an emergency. These weekly hours would be guaranteed and advanced notice would be provided if there are any changes to the schedule. This would include daily care needs of our son (feeding, changing, playing) and potentially some light housekeeping. We also have a mini Goldendoodle so you would have to be comfortable with a very friendly 30 pound dog. Our dog would need to be let out in the backyard during the day as needed but otherwise she is fairly low maintenance as long as she has good company! We would need someone who has their own reliable transportation and we would supply a car seat. Requirements would include infant CPR /first aid certification and being up to date with COVID/flu vaccines. We are looking forward to finding someone who is a great fit for our family and most importantly someone who can provide safe care for our baby!
