Babysitter Job: The Saunders Family with 3 Children
Nanny/Family Helper Needed
We are looking for a reliable, caring, and dependable nanny/family helper to assist our family a few days a week.

We have three boys: a newborn, a 6-year-old who is in school, and a 14-year-old who is self-sufficient and mostly does his own thing. Our main focus will be caring for the newborn and helping our 6-year-old with his schoolwork, routines, and activities.
Schedule:
We are looking for someone with availability during the week ( maybe some weekends) , with days/hours to be discussed based on mutual availability. Some flexibility would be a plus, especially for occasional evenings or schedule changes.
Responsibilities may include:
* Newborn care (feeding, diapering, soothing, keeping baby on schedule, etc.)
* Helping my 6-year-old with homework/schoolwork and keeping him engaged
* School drop-off and/or pick-up occasionally
* Helping with the kids’ daily routines
* Light household tidying/cleaning related to the children
* Occasional simple meal preparation
* Helping keep the children’s areas and common areas organized
* Occasional errands or other family-related tasks as needed
We are looking for someone who is warm, patient, trustworthy, dependable, responsible, and comfortable caring for both a newborn and a school-age child. Someone who is proactive and can see what needs to be done without constant direction would be ideal.
This is intended to be a supportive, family-helper type of position, not just babysitting. We want someone who will become a reliable part of our family’s support system.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Reed Family with 1 Child
We are in search of a part-time nanny for our curious, smiling one year-old daughter. We would like to find someone who is energetic, engaging, and will help her to begin her learning journey through various learning modalities (e.g., singing, dancing, social activities, etc.). She is the youngest of four and has been at home with with us since birth. We primarily work from home which provides flexibility, but we also would like her to have more engagement and activities throughout the day. Specific days of care are negotiable, but we would like support for 2 to 3 days a week and prefer for her care to take place from 8:30/9 AM until 4:30/5 PM.

Requirements: Fragrance-free is a must (fragrance-free laundry detergent, no perfume or other scented products, etc.); Non-smoker; Fully vaccinated; CPR certified. Comfortable with dogs in the home. We have 2 medium-sized dogs. Comfortable providing care with other adults in the home. I currently work from home part-time in a separate office.

I’m looking for a full time nanny who can help out with my currently 4 almost 5yr old daughter, Naomi. I’m starting a New grad nursing job at UMMS july 2025 and will work a rotating schedule 7a-7p and vice versa 3 days a week which could include weekends. My partner is a police officer for Baltimore city Police and he too is on a rotating schedule of 6:45a-3:15p and 2:45p-11:15p 5 days a week which can also include weekends. So as you can imagine, it’s a little hectic as she will be entering kindergarten in the fall &’ we are also expecting a baby girl due September 3rd of 2025. We want someone who’s reliable, loving, caring, patient and truly loves working with kids. We would need help with getting Naomi on the bus for school as i’ll usually be out the house by the time it’s time for her to go to school if both me &’ my partner are working day shift. Making her a snack or breakfast before school and when she’s not in school preferably do activities with her to keep her busy and entertained. She loves to go to the park, zoo, color, read books, etc.
