We are looking for a nanny who will be able to provide flexible hours especially during the work days (M-F). We would prefer a bilingual nanny (English & Spanish), live in preferred, someone willing to do some light housekeeping, and who has their own means of transportation. Our life style is active, we enjoy the outdoors, and travel. We live in the city in a small neighborhood that is next to parks & restaurants. This is our first child so we need someone experienced with newborn care.

The Burns Family
Greenmount West, Baltimore$18/hr  |  1 kid
Hello - My husband and I have an 8 month old little girl (Born Jan 2019) and we are looking for a family to pair up with for a nanny share! We are interested in full-time/near-full-time care, but we are flexible with the start date. (Sometime between November and January) While we don't currently have a nanny lined up, we have interviewed a couple of wonderful people who we would be willing to hire. Ideally, we are looking for a family with a child of similar age (+/- 4 months) and who lives within 10 miles of downtown Baltimore.
The Stegman Family

We are looking for a nanny to start mid-November (there's some flexibility around start date) and we are also looking for a share family.

You will be working with a very easy-going 3 month old girl in the heart of Hampden. We'd like our nanny to come with experience and be committed to our family for the next 2 years. The nanny we used for our 2 1/2 year old (he's now in preschool) was great at finding activities in the area for the kids to attend, and we'd like the nanny for our baby to also be proactive in taking kids to storytime, play groups, etc. 40 hours per week, 9-5, must have references, reliable transportation, and clean record.

In a share family, we'd love to find a family who also lives in the neighborhood and with a similar parenting style (more laid back, not attachment or helicopter). We are open to splitting the care location between houses, but do advise we have 2 cats.
