My wife and I are looking for a nanny for our 3 month old daughter. We live in Lakeside, and she works from home. When time allows, she would love to spend her extra time during the work day with the baby. We are looking for help starting 3 days (~21 hours) a week and hopefully growing from there. We ideally would like help on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, but we can be flexible on which 3 days a week we have care. The hours would be 10am-5pm. We're offering $16-$20/hr.

Along with the basics (feeding, bottle cleaning, diapers, etc.), we are looking for someone who will be very interactive with her when she's awake, with lots of reading, music, tummy time, and developmental activities that will keep her stimulated and learning.

Our baby girl is very happy and sweet, and a great eater. She's also very alert and curious and loves to play.

We are interested in exploring a nanny share in the future. We would also like to have the same person occasionally watch our daughter on evenings and weekends if interested.
