I'm a working single mom living in Manitou Springs. I have two kids (3yo girl, 8yo boy). The 3yo is in preschool from 745am-1045am and the 8yo is in school from 8am-3pm. We live walking distance to their school.

I have twins that are 5 years old and will be starting school in August and a 5 month old. I am looking for someone to care for the kids while I am at work. I would like this person to cook for the kids, clean the dishes used, pick up after kids, help with homework if needed while I work and also give me a hour or two to myself after work. I’m not sure of school hours at this time, so not sure if I will need pick up or drop off at this time. There will be 2 months were both parents will be working so will need a nanny about 9 hours a day. Then 3-4 months were one parent will be home, during this time the nanny will work maybe 5-6 hours a day. After the 3-4 month period the hours will pick up again for another two months and this will be a regular cycle throughout the year. We do not have any pets currently, but have been talking about getting a dog. If we do then the nanny will be responsible to take dog out regularly and pick up any accidents that happen in the house. Sorry, I am new at this and not really sure what to say. Any questions feel free to ask.
