I work from home and have a one year old little boy that I can no longer keep up with while working. Looking for someone who can help with him on weekdays. (except Thursdays) Playing, feeding, nap time, etc.
Part-Time Nanny Job: The Goodling Family with 1 Child
One year old precious little boy. No other responsibilities just needed to play, read and love our little one! Mom works from home. Needs someone several days a week approximately 8-4, no weekends.
Part-Time Nanny Job: The G Family with 2 Children
Consistent schedule throughout the week, anywhere from 15-25 hours per week depending on the schedule that's agreed upon.
Potential hourly configurations.include:
1) Early morning helper: arrive at 6:00a, prepare breakfast for the kids, make and pack snacks and lunch, cover taking care of boys for one hour while parents do morning self care. Take kids to school. Return for one hour or tidying and organizing, cleaning just the kitchen area. Putting toys away and organizing draws.
2) Afternoon Cover (when not doing an AM shift): Arrive to do tidying and organizing one hour before picking up kids. Pick kids up from school. Take to park or home for home play. Do bath time and prepare dinners.
3) 1-2 week night OR weekend day/evening hours for parent together time (e.g., Sat 2-8, Mon 5-8)
All hours add up quickly to 15-25 hours per week.
Our boys are amazing, brilliant, smart, stubborn, willful, perfectly well adapted kids. They love playing outside, riding bikes, playing soccer, basketball, arts and crafts, playing Catan, chess, bird bingo, building, hide and seek, reading fact books, silly story books, and learning.
We believe in being direct, setting boundaries that are firm and clear with loving kindness, soft positivity, teaching independence and thinking but knowing when there needs to be an adult making the decision vs "child led". We need you to promote our parenting choices and guidelines for our kids vs inserting your own.
Our perfect person knows their number one job is to keep our kids safe and loved and to show up as the adult. We LOVE all the extras (loving to play with them, teaching, art, and all those things), but safety, love, and adult intelligence are table stakes.

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and responsible sitter/nanny with a passion for childcare, and creating a nurturing environment.
Prior experience with infants and toddlers is required. We are moving to the area in early July and will need someone to care for and play with our happy, energetic almost 2 year old for half days (we are flexible on time). I will most likely be around the house unpacking and doing chores so your main responsibility will be to play with and entertain our son at the house.
