We have 1 girl infant and are looking for a full time nanny to start at about 6 weeks of age. Would likely be 4 days a week, or 40 hours a week. All baby related things would be expected (formula, diapers cleaning bottles, baby laundry, nursery care), no pet care, occasional light household tasks like tidying the kitchen/family room or helping with groceries on days we are working later but this is not set in stone.

Hoping to find someone who can grow with us and stay for the long term from when she is about 2-3 months old until she is older. The role is taking care of one child. Will require you to have a car and a clean driving record, light housekeeping and preparing meals. Please take a look at the hours as there are a couple days that will require an early start time. We parent via the RIE method so a plus if you are familiar with Janet landsbury and gentle parenting such as Dr. Becky and “no bad kids.”. We acknowledge our children’s feelings instead of saying “don’t cry / you’re fine” we empathize with them and expect our caregiver to do the same. We are also working on implementing independent sleep skills for naps.
We can give you our current baby sitter’s info. As a reference.
