Responsibilities include loving infant care, age-appropriate play (no screens), supporting naps, and light baby-related tasks like bottles, laundry, and tidying during nap time. Ideal candidate: infant experience, gentle and reliable, familiar with or interested in Montessori caregiving, and comfortable with a work-from-home parent. excited to find a trusted caregiver for our child.
