Having twin girls Sept 2025. We are trying to make it the first year ourselves with nanny care starting around Aug-Sept 2026 when we are both working full time. We also have a dog. Looking for 5 days a week with pet care. I have random days off and if wanting some flexible days off that can be talked about as well.
