We are seeking an experienced, nurturing nanny to care for our infant daughter in our home three days per week: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, from 7:30 AM–5:30 PM (30 guaranteed hours per week).
We are looking for someone who genuinely loves working with infants and is passionate about providing attentive, responsive, and developmentally enriching care. Responsibilities will include bottle-feeding expressed breast milk, following her nap schedule, engaging in age-appropriate play and activities, and supporting her developmental milestones in a safe, loving environment.
Our daughter’s safety, well-being, and emotional development are our highest priorities. We hope to find someone who is warm, patient, dependable, and attentive, with the ability to remain calm and thoughtful in challenging situations. We value a nanny who will become a trusted, long-term part of our family and are looking for someone who can commit to at least one year.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of professional infant-care experience as a nanny
Excellent references from previous families
Non-smoking
Vaccinated
A genuine love of caring for infants and an interest in providing interactive, age-appropriate, developmentally enriching activities
Reliable, attentive, patient, and nurturing, with sound judgment and a strong commitment to infant safety
Able to commit to the Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday schedule for at least one year
Comfortable with a friendly dog (hypoallergenic)

We are currently looking for a second family to join our nanny share with a wonderful nanny we are currently working with. Our son is 6 month old and we are located in Mission Valley right by Civita park.
We are are hoping to find another family within 15-20 minutes that will share hosting.
Our schedule is M-F 8am-4pm with a little flexibility.
Our nanny's rate is $16.50 per hour+ dependent on responsibilities.
We would prefer another child up to a year old. We are looking for a fun, active, communicative, & consistent family who will become like family to me as well.
About our nanny: She has over 10 years of experience caring for children from newborn up to 12 years old. Her favorite ages to work with would have to be between newborn & 2 years old. She is a very active nanny & loves being outdoors. With her past nanny families she has spent a lot of time going to the zoo, parks, museums, libraries, the aquarium & many other places. Her previous families have describe her as someone who is very hard working, reliable, flexible, communicative, honest, patient & kind. I live by the saying, “If you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life.” I have always known that I wanted to work with children & I am very passionate about what I do. The connections that I make with each family I work with, mean the world to me. She can also provide my references & answer any questions you may have.
