A little bit about us

Mama has to get back to work at the animal hospital! Hoping to find someone who is open to working with children with special needs. My son is really like any other kid, made a little more special by a speech disorder called apraxia. He has an amazing imagination, loves to play with ANYONE, and is the first to bring you a band-aid or hug if you are hurt. Our sweet guy was also diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at birth, a condition of the lungs and digestive system, and needs medication before meals. It's a really easy routine and he is currently practicing self-administration. He is potty trained, a solid afternoon napper, and we would have his meals pre-made. We believe strongly in providing a nanny with the best resources to help our child thrive in the time we aren't with them, and a free flow of communication is the best start. Right now, looking at mostly late morning, to early evenings 11-5:30pm, Monday through Wednesday, with the potential for those hours to expand. We are single family home, with three cats and a sweet Basset Hound mix.
