A little bit about us

I have 3 children, ages 13(B), 10(B), and 2.5(G), but am currently looking for help with just the youngest.
I am looking for up to 3 hrs a day, 4 days a week.
Our family lifestyle is progressive, alternative, artistic, adventurous, and busy.
I am looking for both a family and a nanny that will fit this same lifestyle.
Our little girl is on the spectrum (verbal/social delays) and I am looking to be paired up with a family that is actively engaging in gentle parenting methods and a nanny that is creative, artistic, patient, and knowledgeable in ASD.
