Our mother-in-law lives with us and will take care of our 6-year-old and 8-year-old daughters, but we would need someone to help drive them to the occasional after school activity and/or after school pick up (my MIL would switch and watch the baby during this time). We would provide the car.

Additional (negotiable) responsibilities include helping with the kids laundry and light housekeeping (tidying up toys, etc) if time permits.
