A little bit about us

Hi!! We are the Luster family and we are looking for an occasional sitter/ date night sitter. We homeschool, so it would definitely be nice to have help when we have appointments, errands, or just need a moment on top of date nights. Depending on what I need you for, you might need to feed them a meal, and I just ask that you rinse what was used. As for light cleaning, I just don’t want my house trashed by my kiddos (they’re pros at it) and would appreciate you, or you encouraging my kids to clean up what becomes a mess. My oldest is 9, she’s super easy going, loves to talk, read, play card games, board games, and Nintendo switch games. My second is 7, she is the sweetest but emotional and can get overwhelmed easily. She loves to draw, sing, play the Nintendo switch, and play dress up with her little sisters. My third is 5, and ohhh is she a spit fire. She is HILARIOUS. She’s sweet, and loves to give hugs. She loves to show everyone her tumbling and singing skills. She doesn’t like to listen for mom and dad but is great for others. My youngest is 2, and she may seem very quiet but she’s not. She knows how to get what she wants from her sisters but loves to snuggle, and play with her baby dolls. She is the only one in diapers/pull ups. • Flexibility with occasional evenings or date nights.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: At least 2+ years of professional nanny or childcare experience, especially with toddlers and school-age kids. CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified).

• Personality: Warm, patient, creative, and reliable. Someone who loves kids and can keep the energy high while maintaining structure and routines.

• Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean background check, non-smoker, references required.

• Passion for child development and creating joyful, educational moments every day.

Schedule & Compensation:
• Flexible schedule (approximately 40-50 hours/week, 40 hours guaranteed even if family is out of town, Monday–Friday).
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
